About CCC:

We, the Creative Co-working Collective (CCC) of working professionals, share the former storefront location at 25 Eads Lane in Lopez Village. Founded in 2026, a member-operated space for artistic expression of all kinds and a venue for personal productivity and exchange of ideas. CCC serves at times as an artist’s studio, writing desk, office, salon, and exhibition space. As a gallery space, CCC will host monthly art shows, featuring artists and makers from and around the islands.

About the location:

25 Eads Lane is a historic building constructed in 1920 that originally housed the Sunny Shore Grocery. By circa 1930, the building transformed into the Emanuel Episcopal Church, until, in 2002, it was moved by Jeremy Snap from Orcas Island to this location in Lopez Village. These multi-faceted spaces have housed many artists, including Polly Ham and friends from 2003 to 2021, Daphne Morris and Studio 25, and most recently Skarpari.
